Booking and Cancellation Policy
1. Booking:
⋅ To complete your booking you’ll need to provide a credit card number as a guarantee.
⋅ The booking system will not charge your card.
2. Cancellations and changes:
⋅ Accepted only if notified at least 24 hours prior to check-in (which is due by 11:00 am on the day of arrival).
⋅ Send your request by email to info@togobayportocesareo.it.
⋅ Email subject: “Cancellation/Change”.
⋅ In this case no fee will be charged.
⋅ Changes to the number of places are subject to availability.
3. Penalties:
⋅ Cancellations or reductions received less than 24 hours prior to check-in, or no-shows without notice, will be subject to a no-show fee of €65.00 per person.
4. Timetable and delays:
⋅ The beatch opens at 08:00.
⋅ Check-in is until 11 a.m.
⋅ In the event of a delay of up to 30 minutes, please contact the reception on +39 327 610 5084.
⋅ If we don’t hear from you, we will try to contact you.
⋅ If we have not heard from you after 30 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged €65.00 per person.
We kindly ask you to adhere to these times in order to avoid queues and ensure efficient service for all guests.

The summer season at Togo Bay has come to an end, and bookings will reopen next summer. We can’t wait to see you again! A heartfelt thank you to all our guests who chose us and shared this wonderful summer with us.
